| As above but a crop of a stack of 16 - 30 second exposures - dark
corrected using a stack of 10 30 second dark frames. A lot less
noisy - although only the core and a hint of the spiral are
visible |

| This is a shot of M42 region in Orion. This is
just a quick test of a new lens. It was taken using a Canon
EOS300D with a 200mm lens and 2x teleconverter piggy backed on my
LX90 tracking in Alt Az mode. It is a stack of 3 15 second
exposures at Iso 800. Processed registax, Iris and Photoshop
Elements. |
